Earth Hour is an Australian environmental initiative. In 2009, 74 cities in 62 countries will participate.
My involvement included developing a comprehensive set of XHTML templates based on designs provided by Leo Burnett. These were then integrated into the website by WWF’s internal I.T team.
I also provided a series of HTML email templates, a Javascript based “Countdown” widget and a GoogleMap component that marks the postion of Earth Hour participants across the globe.
