Terms & Conditions

The following terms & conditions apply to all projects:

  1. All (X)HTML development is quality assured for the following browsers and platforms:
    • PC: Internet Explorer 7.0+
    • PC: Firefox 3.0+
    • PC: Safari 3.0+
    • MAC: Firefox 3.0+
    • MAC: Safari 3.0+
  2. All HTML email (eDM) development is quality assured for the following email clients:
    • Gmail
    • Hotmail
    • Entourage
    • Outlook (XP & Vista)
  3. All estimates are quoted in Australian dollars and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
  4. Estimates are an indication of the project cost only. Final invoices may vary from the stated price.
  5. Estimates are exclusive of any time required for additions to the agreed scope or for changes within that scope.
  6. Payment terms are 14 days.
  7. All services will immediately cease on new accounts with overdue payments. All services will cease on existing accounts that have overdue payments exceeding 30 days.
  8. Any special requests or deviations from the above terms & conditions need to be defined and agreed upon before commencing the project.
